This high-tech ultrasound plant for checking tubes (photo 2/3) has been supplied by us to our client. Being its final customer, in addition, testing system for 27/8" and 24 1/2" tubes have also been supplied, with max capacity of 1200 bar.
These peen machines (photo 4), installed on the premises of our clients, are the product of our exclusive know-how. Specially designed for the peening of special threading on 1,9" to 24 1/2" tubes. High tooling quality is of vital importance since the resulting products are widely used in oil drilling industry.
With their state-of-the-art tecnology (photo 5), these machines are used in the threading of tubes to eliminate vibration during the turning of the tube, so guaranteing first-class quality. These plant are installed in Dalmine, working in combination with Tacchi-Còlinet threading machines.
